Double check the drivers you are using for fastboot and adb.

If stock ruu of your phone is android 7, you need 8.0 ota file to get hosd_signed.img file, flash it again an you can go back stock by flash ruu
Look, i put here the print screens to see i cannot flash.
Also, please let me know which one from table should I use
I did change the phone type, it was EVE__01, now is other.

Please advise.

With this error I got before. It mean the hosd_signed of your phone not match with your current rom/baseband. You need find the hosd_signed.img match with current baseband and flash it again, then you can flash recovery or stock ruu. I see your phone is Vodafone_UK. You can google to find stock ruu and find htc ruu extract tool to get hosd_signed.img file

Well, what i do:
I take the rom update utilities for my phone, now I've downloade 2PZCIMG_OCEAN_UHL_N71_SENSE90GP_Vodafone_UK_1.03.161.6_Radio_8998-001791AE-1705110032_release_503500_signed_2_4_3
I use RUU_Decrypt_Tool to decript file and I take the file hosd_signed.img and flash under bootloader - everything ok.
When I enter in download mode or in RRU update mode, it gives error that the phone is not charged, but the phone is more then 60% charged (80 to be honest :D)

Here is where i get jammed.
And don't know what to do.

Ok, I understood. You go back to stock from android 9, and stock is android 7. If yes, you need flash hosd_signed.img from android 8 ota file, not from ruu.

I have installed android oreo 8.0. But it cannot be updated and I cannot write anything in download mode.

I want stock ,so I can update and write with fastboot.

Will try. The thing is that I cannot flash anything in download mode because of that error, battery low. Not because of drivers.
I use Win 10 and everytime I need to put back driver .... everytime I connect, but I put it back and the computer sends info to phone, but phone won't write because of that battery error.

I got this error before when I downgrade from android 9 to android 7. The reason is I flash wrong hosd_signed.img file version, so the phone can't get battery info

If you downgrade from android 9, I think you can't. Because i don't see any ota file for your phone. Your phone version is vodap001 (Vodafone_UK)
Is there a way to write CID and MID while in Bootloader? There I can write, os is booting but it is not rooted and I can't use properly adb under os to change CID and MID

I think no way to write CID and MID in the bootloader. If you can boot into the os, you can try to root with Magisk (without TWRP)
