Help. Flash Windows RT on Huawei Ascend W1

Hi. i have Huawei Ascend W1 and running Windows Phone 8. :silly: but i want to try windows RT on my phone like lumia 520 and wojtas Ascend W1. can anyone help me give tutorial to flash it.?:fingers-crossed:
