HELP!!! Galaxy note 4 without network

Hello everyone, I need your help, I have a galaxy note 4 and when I put any sim card I always get "only emergency calls" or "no service".I have checked the IMEI and it is not deleted or lost.
What can be the problem?
Any solution?

I tried to reset the phone trying to install the original rom and not let me flash, it gives me error.

my phone is galaxy A115F...i installed gsi rom on it but it hard bricked and i had to flash it in EDL mode... my phone booted up into system but IMEI was null and didn't fixed even with flashing stock rom or factory reset....
also it cannot be rooted because of Prenormal state...
I luckily could enter diag mode by *#0808# and choosing one of the available options...
I could successfully fix null IMEI using This software (Qualcomm_Smartphone_Write_IMEI_Tool_v1.01.zip), but when i want to call , i get no network error.
(also i can't use mobile data)

I have been investigating and apparently the error comes from the board which the network module is damaged and it is only possible if repair taking it to the SAT or as I live replacing it with another that worked properly.at the end I sold the mobile as it is an endemic evil in this model.
