[Help] games lag on the U11

hey I am posting to get some help on this I had the hTC 10 it was a beast in gaming
for example riptide gp renegade was running on the 10 without any lags but on the u11 it is almost unplayable at some maps
I was asking if there is a way to unlock the fps capping or performance capping also I tried the high performance mode in developer option but no good result I still lag at those games
I ran antutu benchmark and I got 182222 which is a huge number meaning no game should stop at my face .

I changed the governor to performance or ondemand and the game is playing very well
it's the interactive governor it really caps the performance based on touches which is bad for games that doesn't require many touches
