Help getting 4.3 roms to work

Im hoping someone can help me out im lost in what to do i cant get any 4.3 rom to run on my galaxy s3 i always do a clean flash (wipe everything including internal storage) but all the roms do the same thing they run perfectly until i restart the phone then im stuck at the boot screen forever. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do i hate having to run earlier versions of android.

Try using CWM instead of TWRP. Happened to me then I started using CWM and everything worked fine.

You my good sir are a life saver thank you so much i cant believe i never thought to try that every thing seems to be working correctly now too bad i like the UI of TWRP more but this will do

Did u wipe /system aswell

You don't have to wipe your internal storage for any rom flash.
