HELP!，here are A problem game carshed

my friend say his phone run from lineage OS 14.1 from 0328 to the new version （lineage 15.1）has the same problem
when he play unity 3D game ，the game crashed and can‘t not touch any where，The screen will pause
and suddenly I/ThermalEngine read all cpu tempeture was down in 55mC only cpu0 dont know
uh...we have many 4c phones
but this only happend in fews phone
my 4c not have this issue

lineage14.0 have not this issue，but start with Lineage OS 14.1
and this issue will happend in RR 5.8.4 all android 7.1.2 version
feel badly..
