[HELP] HONEYICE: download any app from store and always: error rpcs-7aec-7

Hi all,
I just re-installed honeyice chimera update into my old advent Vega tablet.
Now, I receive always error in object when I try to download app from the store.
Google play services is not present in the tablet, Facebook too.
Help me please.
