Am having same issue, My titans gone in for repair so using a HD7, I have tried everything including fix-it and the link you posted several times, I removed certificate, renemed folder to .bak etc, Even tried installing zune on wifes pc and it does the same, Cannot connect blah blah, Guess I wont be able to sync at all or update using zune, Hope I don't have to wait long for my Titan lol

I had the same Problem, but I'm from Germany.
I dont know why but the problem fixed automatically.
I think you must do something on phone.

But I have one more Problem, I can't cange the language.
Do you can Help me?

Ok I managed to sort out the problem of connecting to Zune, I tried everything until I read that you may need to change your windows password on the PC, So I did, Restarted and bingo, All working now, Don't know how to change the language though sorry.
