Help I cant flash my xperia z

long time ago i can flashing stock rom with flashtool ,then i change it to any custom rom but it somany have bugs and erro or anything else .then after six month i decide to flash it to the stock rom ,but when i flash it with flashtool it says error .

hi,please use flashtool 0.9.18.6 by androxyde as the latest one cant flash xperia z yet..

i just try it to download the file you recomended ,and it worked but i have another problem after i flash the stock rom and restart it it just blackscreen after the logo sony and xperia
Did i miss some steps or something

you need to flash stock kitkat 1st..and then let it boot to home screen,after that you can flash stock lollipop..sorry for not mention it earlier..
