Help in compiling kernel

HI guys.

As for now our devs didn't release the custom kernels yet. Can any one provide me a good tutorial on how to compile Sony Kernel from source and how to make a CWM (That's the important thing).

I just won't to help guys flashing zip files on 4.2.2.
