Inadvertently deleted the folder emulated / 0 / my MOTO G 2013 XT1032
And now the phone does not start. It was the latest version of CyanogenMod( cm-12.1-20150920-NIGHTLY-falcon.zip) and a custom recovery TWRP.
He enters the boot menu but then I can not do much of it.
Someone can help me.
-> Is there any original rom the motorola to get?
-> Could someone make me a backup and then restore to the system through the same TWRP custom recovery?

can you still access TWRP? if you can, install the cm through adb sideload if you don't have the rom in your phone storage.

Yes, I have acess TWRP sometimes yes, sometimes no(i don't no, why). How install the cm trought adb sideload? I think my phone don't have permissions for that. How do that?
