Help Lineageos 19 password problem

hello i need help because i wanted to install the rom "Lineageos 19" for my redmi 4x BUT when I turned it on it asks me for a password (photo attached) whereas before I have a diagram on my basic rom?

And I can't open the TWRP
but I can open the Fasboot mode bus my pc doesn't see the device because I think the usb debugging must be disabled.
