Help me about camera of mi note 3 loading very slowly

use twrp and flash persist.img from latest global rom.

I have a similar problem. In Photos mode while moving the phone around the focus is slow. This is not present in Video mode.

That is MIUI camera issue. Slow focus and manual focus sometimes just refuse to focus point where you tap.
