i have xperia m4 aqua e2363 with 26.1.B.2.147 fw instaled i want to root and install twrp and yes my bootlader is unlocked
if you already have bootloader unlocked, install TWRP and flash SuperSU.

SuperSU - https://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/
copy SuperSU.zip to internal memory
flash the recovery.img from fastboot
boot to TWRP and flash superSU.
reboot, you are all set..
