help me please my device is dead how can i backup it agian
if any one know help me the story is when i do a hard rest and make an upgare the imate tyoe in the screen that is erasing rom and the is shut down and now when i repack to update is give me this screen shot what i do

Try pressing "Power Button" + "Reset Button" + Directional Pad (the center) Button" then you will go to boot screen.. If you see "Serial" on top and "v1.06" below try docking the device on the cradle then reflash.. reply asap with the result..

Here... Put this file "HimaClearJumpCode.exe " in the same directory as the ROM and installer and it should work this time...

Also, try to use the power supply connected to the cradle, sometimes the power provided through the USB cradle is not enough.

If it works, chances are you will get another error "Country Error". If that's the case, use the attached file "himaupgradeut_197.exe" instead, this will skip the country check.

Please describe what you see on the PDA screen when you power up?

Does it boots all the way into the Windows Mobile Today screen?

Do you only see the word "Serial" on a blank screen?

the details is
1- when i put the pda in the cradel it is give me the red light but this happen without put the battery in the pda the problem is when i put the battery in the pda it give me no light
2- i changed the battery but no answer
3- i try to put it in the cradel and recharge for 1 night and put it in the pda but now answer
4- i read abut reflashing but this is very hard and i can't see any replay abut that
5- now i want to tell you the summry when i put the pda with the battery and it full cahrge it give me now answer and the active syn did not find any thing and on the screen there is nothing not serial and not usb ver the screen is black
please tell me i'm in egypte and no one know to repaire it
what can i do

Sorry, but as far as I know, you will not be able to reflash if you can't boot or at least see the bootloader screen (blank screen with SERIAL text).

May I ask, what caused this problem in the first place?

What model do you have? Himalaya, Alpine, Wallaby, etc...

my friend when i connected the power my device is not work how?! because when i put the battery in the device it gives me that no power in the device ,then i changed the battery but the problem still appear when i put the device in the cradel the red light becomes work but this happend when i put it without battery now when i put the battery the device turn off the red light and not give me any thing now i want to give the device power
how can i do that and how can i fix the screen that tell me that the device is not in the cradel this screen is apper for me my frindes
