Help me please, to revive my moto g4 plus

Hi guys, I just repaired my g4 plus that had a damaged screen. What happens is that since that time I have it with TWRP recovery 3.2.1-r2-arm64_tywinlannister7 and with a ROM that is 7.1.2.
Now I want to update the TWRP to the most current and install pixel experience.
I would like you to help me what steps should I follow please.

You should have a look at the roms section for preferable roms
