I have used Xposed on other devices, but never on this one. It will take a bit of searching and reading. I am willing to help with this but I will need more information.

What version of bootloader is installed on your Captivate?
Is your Captivate rooted?
What rom is installed on your Captivate?
If the ROM is not a stock ROM, is it based on Touchwiz, CM, AOSP, or what?

So far I have found that you must be on at least an ICS Rom. You said you were on KitKat, so no worries there. But, the ROM must be Halo enabled. I see that Dirty Unicorns and CM do, I don't know which others do.

Well, when I did superuser on Android 2.3.5, will install the "Corn kernel" and that it will install CM11 :) The boot loader will not touch anything, I think. The terminal has superuser, I will install Cyanogenmod 11 (Nigthy 13/12/2015) and one that you have installed, nothing more.
