IF YOU REMOVE YOUR MI ACCOUNT IT MEANS YES YOU WILL HAS START OVER!

Yes I Do Upgrade Into Global Last Firmware [It's My Wife Who Accidentally Update Lmao], Just Put Your Mi Again And Wait 168 Hours Lol, I Do Wait 1 Week And Now Open Without Troubling, Btw Im Not Often Play With Mobile Because I Do More Love Pc Games Than Mobile Game So If My Wife Who Hold The Phone Then The Phone Is Safe Because My Wifes Only For Streaming And Whatsapp App LoL. So No Need For Virus And Reset

you updated fw to last version?
BTW I'M NOT RECOMMEND FOR INSTANT UBL!!!! I DO TAKE MY REDMI 9C'S EXAMPLE NEW PHONE BUT FORCING TO DISSEAMBLE BECAUSE BOOTLOOP AND I THINK ITS NOT BOOTLOOPING.... IT'S DEAD TOTALLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CHARGING EITHER AND I MUST DISSEAMBLE TO REMOVE AND PLUG THE BATTERY, THANKS TO THAT INSTANT UBL TUTORIAL, USUALLY IT EASY DONED BUT THE LAST 9C I HAVE HAS LATEST FIRMWARE OR MAYBE KERNEL IM NOT SURE EITHER SO TAKE MY EXAMPLES AND DON'T YOU DARE FOR INSTANT UBL... I JUST WARN YOU... BUT IT'S ALL UP TO YOU BRUH

Or For Safety Just Make NEW CLEAN EMAIL AND ID And link It With Yours 12C And Whatever The Reasons Please Be Patience For 1 Week To Unlock Bootloader [Prefer Officially Because It Will Guaranteed 100% Safe Than The Forcing One]

I don’t forcing bro…I used only official mi unlock but I get error. I don’t get time left. When you unlocked boot loader what you got on screen? Same error or time left ?

Time Left 168 Hours At 1st Run At Screen, Yesterday At 11.00 AM Left 4 Hours At Screen, And Unlock + Full Root Done At 04.30 PM (At Wait 4 Hours Approx I Do Research And Made Some Explore Bout Rooting This Phone) If You Don't Get Time Waiting EVEN You Using A New Email And ID I Think Maybe It's Already Can Unlock Or..Unlock Already (See The PADLOCK LOGOS When You Restarting The Phone To See Unlock Or Not) If Still Locked Maybe The Mi Tools That You've Been Download IS NOT A NEW ONE, Try Search The New One

Yea Just update Into Last Firmware, I'm From Indonesia so I Don't Think My Firmware Would Be Compatible If You Don't From The Same Country As Me, I Used 13.0.2.0 SCVIDXM [I Thought ID Is Country's ID Like SCVIDXM The ID Is Indonesian)

Some miracle happened. While I was trying once more to backup, it did work. IIRC, I decided to briefly press power ON while holdning Vol - and vol +.

However, I gcan't get to achieve 17. Click On RESTORE BUTTON On The Tool And Hold Down Vol Up+Down Together AND DON'T RELEASE UNTIL DONE!
Actually It's Same With HOW YOU DO BACK UP BOOT [NO 8], BUT Patch It First With Magisk And Restore Your MAGISK BOOT PATCH Into Your Boot, Try Over And Over Hold Both Vol And It Sometimes Miracles Will Jump Into You, Just Don't Gave Up

Well, after another attempt with fingers on vol+ and vol- this morning, I give up.
Maybe I should explore the way @VIN77777 used, but some details escape me.
    Victory !

    Here's how I did it:

After I got a patched boot_b.img according to @jericho82's tutorial step 14, I flashed it following the official Magisk tutorial, on "Step 3: Patching the boot image" > "Case I: The value of the “Ramdisk” parameter is "Yes""
