If you have installed enterprise's ROM just follow this (look at SPV - Désigner) to unlock :

Sorry it's french but you just need to mail orange developers to get a patch and then modify some keys in the registry and finaly reboot your smartphone.

I've updated my DUTCH SPV C600 with the imate ROM and any others ,but unsuccessful,Warning ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDER ID
However after applying the update, I can't run the regeditSTG application, I get a 'Access denied. The program cannot start because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate'
Anyone got any ideas?

But this file doesn' t have French language and now I can' t downgrade anymore with french rom.

- what have you triead already?
There are easy means to either SIM unlock (for any SIM Card) or CID unlock (for any ROM Update, also cooked ones). The old SPV Services method is no more availalbe since quite some time (> one year).
In my kitchen folder at mediafire: http://www.mediafire.com/?x628m8mmwwa3c
you find a zip file "tobbbie_prepare-flashing-(one-time-per-device).zip". You should execute the first 2 steps. Please read the related info on lokiwiz handling in my related kitchen thread at: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=619510 - see the first post there.
