When opening the notification drawer it lags because of some animation if anyone can help me removing that specific animation it would be awesome.

I didn't notice any lags though.. Can you please upload the "twframework-res.apk" as well..? I replaced it with "minimal matte" theme but didn't quite like it.. Sad I didn't make a backup.. It would be great if you upload it..thanx
