Question [HELP] My 11T Pro can't play media files (video/audio)

[HELP] My 11T Pro can't play media files (video/audio) for the last couple days at least.
Not MP3, MP4, avi nothing. Neither from a file manager or the gallery.
Tried every video or audio player from MX to everything.
Also the camera can't write video (only photos) just freezes.
I'm in 13.0.18.

Please help.

The last stable is V13.0.21.0.SKDEUXM try to update.
And/or if you have tried everything for the settings / emptied the caches of the apps concerned, do a factory reset.

After the panic. I started to uninstall anything backwards until the day that I last recorded a video and thank God it repaired.

Don't know what caused it probably the B player, another app forced me to install.
