[HELP] my Pocket Neo GT-S5312 null IMEI & no network

I can any problem with my samsung galaxy pocket neo GT-S5312.

I'm so confused

my device problem is null IMEI on SIM 2..
and then, always no network or signal..
I already flashing firmware , but still no signal..
Can u help me??

Did you do anything concerning rooting or flashing anything other than stock rom? If not, you should be able to get it fixed by warranty
