can you try to flash custom rom from twrp and see if it boots or not ?

guess I would use the latest fastboot.exe not mfastboot

Actually mfastboot works in the same way as fastboot.exe both of them sends commands to erase and rewrite the memory

Which OS was installed on your phone prior to flashing this?

Before this incident android 7.0 was installed and the flashed rom also the same version...
I managed to bring back everything by using RDS lite tool for flashing the stock rom.
