[Help needed] Can't HSPL at&t titan I

Hi,
I bought a branded at&t htc titan and I'm trying to install HSPL on it.
Unfortunately without any luck...

After doing the goldcard method, the installation of the europian rom (IMG_Eternity_HTC_Europe_1.09.401.02_Radio_16.23.02 .09_A_16.24.00.23_Signed_ETERNITY_RELEASE.nbh)
and finally the installation of the 2.05 SPL via goldcard,
In SPL it reads:

PI39100 MFG
SPL-2.5.160015.3(137079)
eMMC SND 15188MB
TOUCH A1(F:81, ID:1,V11,B:F8)

Radio-16.23.02.09_A


Everytime I startup the device, I have to input the unlock code that the seller provided me so that i can use sim cards other than at&t's...

From what I've seen, all at&t titans have to re-input the unlock code after restarting - even with a custom rom - ,
so we don't have to bother about this issue.
Also if I'm not mistaken, PI39100 MFG with SPL-2.5.160015 is what I should have before HSPL.
So, everything is ok till this point...
But, when I try to install HSPL, it connects, installs, says that HSPL installed successfully, device reboots, but still has PI39100 MFG with SPL-2.5.160015!

EDIT: From hat I've seen I'm stuck with a half-bricked titan, with official EU rom and spl 2.05 MFG.
Can't downgrade, either HSPL...

i managed to downgrade to official att rom, but the spl didn't downgrade...
I installed the rom 3 times with no luck with the spl...
Afterwards i renamed the eu rom from ETERNIMG to ETERDIAG and it installed.
but still the spl is PI39100 MFG SPL-2.5.160015.3(137079)...
I tried to install spl2.05 again, then spl2.6 with no luck, then hspl without results...
Finally I upgraded to 7.8 via cab installer and thats the best I managed to accomplish...
Anyone who can help with this bug and have succesfully HSPL att titan?

Sorry, I'd have no problem giving it to cotulla, but my Titan is all I have at the moment... (my HD2 died so I gave it to a friend, and I sold my Trophy...). i hope that someone can help...
