Help needed downgrading from 7.8

Im trying to downgrade my lumia 800 as it is slowly developing glitches and locking up on me randomly.

I tried NaviFirm but it is no longer available.

Im struggling to find a firmware to downgrade back to 7.5 to remove the volume limit and to stop the random lockups.

Can anyone help please?

Hi there, do you have Nokia Care Suite installed already?

So, I can give you two original, (zipped) unbranded firmware's (productcode: 059L9S2) here:

• RM-801 Cyan (v7720.11414)
• RM-801 Cyan (v8773.12220)
