[Help Needed] Notification LED BLINKS RED 3 TIMES

My phone started losing battery even while charging, suddenly today. I assumed their was an issue with the charger or cable so I used another charger and cable, yet the battery kept depleting. Finally the battery hit zero and phone shut down. Now the phone doesn't even boot even when connected to power. It shows the LE eco boost splash and then the screen goes black and then The notification led BLINKS RED 3 times .If anyone has any idea with what's wrong with my Le 2 (x526) it would be a massive help.
