[ HELP !!] No network after ota update to pie

so i recently updated from oreo to pie via ota update but now there is no network on my device .I tried to reboot a few times but it didnt work .
Entering recovery mode shows no command .IMEI nos are intact .
HELPP!!

Probably the same issue we are all having with the LTE bands that are removed.
