Help nokia 6

Hello! Help with the decision, please!
The Nokia 6 phone, the version was 7.0, and there was no update function. I found the update 7.1.1 and tried to install it via Recovery from SD-card, at the last stage I received an error message. Now the phone is downloaded only in Recovery, and then the download is not. What can you recommend? How to restore the phone?

I had the same problem a coupla months ago... tried everything without success (incl. factory reset, APN settings, etc.). Only thing that finally helped was the Android 7.1.1. update. If you haven't updated your phone yet, maybe you could try that ?

Unfortunately, upgrade to Android 7.1.1. I can not The function of updating by air is not active ...:crying:

Hi . Anybody can for me help ? I have Nokia 6 TA-1000 and i have problem with network provider. I dont have Vodafone provider,with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge i have. Im live in Germany . Please help me. Now i have a phone for caward.

welche SIM netzwerke hast du? Nokia6 funktioniert NUR mit "Networks GSM: 850/900/1800/1900; WCDMA: Band 1, 2, 5, 8; LTE: Band 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40"
Wahrscheinlich, du hast was anderes (CDMA??)!!

Manchmal hilft eine Restart (Neustart) zu machen. Probiere mal aus !!

Probiere "Netzwerk Einstellungen" "Wiedeherstellen"
Settings -> Airplane & more -> Network settings reset dann unten "Reset Settings" drucken. Dann mal mit re-start.

vielleicht hilft.

Ich habe schon gemacht. Geht nicht. Verkaufer in Aliexpress antwortet nicht. Nokia suport antwortet nicht. Jetzt habe keine anoung was soll ich weiter machen

Is the Sim in the right part if the SIM/SD tray?
(I don't have a Nokia yet, maybe it is not even possible to put it wrong in the tray, just thinking here )

habe ich gesehen. Ich glaube du muss das Gerät entweder zurück an den Verkäufer schicken und muss durch neuen Gerät ersetzen. Es sieht irgendwie Hardware Fehler.

Yes, I think so too. Looks like there is something wrong with your Nokia.

But a question KK, do you have the official European (German) version?
I thought it would be available (here in NL) from July 14...

I have read that O2 network provider is going to offer. I live in Finland though, here also there is Elisa is offering and an electronic shop "Gigantti" is selling from today onwards. However in both cases it's going to Nokia 3&5 only, not 6. I don't know why..
