HELP | Note 10 5G N971N - No Option or Button to Merge Calls. Unable to Make Conference Calls

Hi,

I have a Note 10 5G N971N model with 12/256.

When I add Call from the 3 Dots (No Add Call Button on the Main Screen, I only see the Recording Button instead) . I only see the Option to swap calls, merge call button doesn't appear at all.
My Conference call is active by Telco.

I'm on Android 12 Ui4 Official Version, Security Jan 1 2022

PS: I have dug all the settings, I don't see any options for Call Waiting or Conference Calls

Incidentally, does your phone pick up 5G? Where are you based?
