Help on getting rid of perm root & S-Off Please?

Hello all-

I did perm root and S-Off and installed Viper. I have just restored back to stock Verizon Rom via TWRP Method. Now that I have done this how do I get rid of Root and S-Off? I'd like to exchange the phone with Verizon but obviously don't want to have the Root?

Thanks for the link- I got everything done however once I got down to the here's what to do to get back to stock section:

If you plan on reverting to stock-relocked, for any reason:
You should follow the above steps first, but use this Stock Restore hboot instead.
Do this before you relock the bootloader.
