Help: Phone is not working + Can't access Phone app + Pocket Outlook

When I opened this morning the Kaiser, I noticed that instead of the regular cellular signal bar, I'm getting exclamation mark. The 3G icon is there!

I continue my investigation, and discovered that I can't access the phone application at all!
Further more, I can't access any of my PIM info. When I'm trying to open calendar, contacts etc. nothing happens.

I was trying to open Pocket Informant but got the following message: "Cannot login to Pocket Outlook Database."

Later on while trying to press "start" button I got the message: "Error opening the shortcut or locating the target filename". Somehow that matter was solved...

I was trying to switch to GPRS, I got the "G" icon, everything else is the same.

I didn't install anything recently.

I have a backup (Sprite Backup), and can try Hard reseting (the fast solution) the device, but I wish to solve it without HR.

Any ideas what could cause this and how to solve that?

Are your contacts stored on the SIM or in the Kaiser?
Try removing and refitting your SIM.
