HELP, please hook me xperia z soft bricked

Hello guys, recently i ve booked a beautifull refurbished xperia z on the web,

it comes well, and begin with OTA upgrade until kitkat 4.4.2> first thing error on micrologiciel nfc during boot and batterie draining fast.


This phone was a gift for my sister and yesterday i ve tried to upgrade to kit kat 4.4.4 with flash tool now it keep looping
and not recognize by application, (usb driver issue)

Somebody please could hook me and give me action plan of what to do ? :_(

Refurbished???? LoL

You should get a replacement immediately!!!!

These refurbishings arent done by....um...."professionals".They are done by people who don't know the difference between a screwdriver and a hammer.
You got screwed my friend(speaking from experience).:good:

If you open up that phone,it will look like Frankenstein's innards!!!

Get A Replacement(or a Refund) Immediately
