Help Please, I think I have lost my data!

Left the main battery out overnight, fired it up today and it cannot find anything on the xda!

Tried restoring it from backup and no joy, if anyone can help out I would be grateful?

If you haven't saved your stuff somewhere other than on the internal memory, I'm afraid it's gone... internal memory on these WM2003 devices is a sort of ramdisk, if it's not powered it doesn't retain data.

My advice: under settings - system you have a "permament save" or something like that (mi Alpine is in Italian), you should always flag contacts and maybe connection settings, this way the PDA saves at least those on the flash drive, which is permanent.
