hii frends my phone got brick i try everything but not working anything

i also goto care they make orgianl software but that also not working please help me dueto this my phone also got in unrroted so now i cannot install custom rom please help
me i aslo try flash tool but that also not detecting i try all driver like vcom adt etc

what things are not accessible
1.ctm recovery
2.debugging mode
