I can not go into the rom and recovery only fastboot mode can i flash new recovery from fastboot?

 

[implay]

1. connect your phone to the computer
2. access to fastboot mode on your phone
2. copy a recovery.img (TWRP) to adb folder in your computer
3. open cmd in your adb folder
4. type "fastboot boot recovery.img"
5. your phone will booting into a recovery mode
6. try to restore your backup rom or install a new rom
