Help Please

Please someone help me. After charging my phone the other day my phone froze. Soft reset, now phone gives me the message "cant find config file". All my contacts are now gone and phone freezes whenever I try to launch any program. Also "x" button on task bar no longer works (if I go into dialpad,settings or programs I have to soft reset to return to TF3D). I didnt make any changes to the phone I just unplugged it from charger the other day and now everything is all screwed up! I'm using To0's rom flashed to cricket if that helps. Do I need to have my phone reflashed or what?

I would reflash to stock, see if probablem replicates over the next day or so. If it doesn't then probably safe to say that's a bug to report back to the ROM Chief.
