Hello there. I would love if someone can help me with a problem that i have. I bought a samsung s22 in the US and the phone is locked to use only on T-Mobile. Unfortunately as i don't live in the US i can't unlock the phone using the T mobile procedure. Do you know if there's a way to unlock the by using a different firmware or paid service (reliable).

Yes, an experienced professional 3rd party business can do it. It's extremely expensive though - around $200 US

As of today I'm carrier unlocked just by asking a t force member that I'll be in Europe and her for the next yr or so, I didn't expect her to whitelist so easily especially since I just upgraded to the s22 plus 2 months ago with 3 lines but she gave me no hassle about it I got lucky I guess and I do know how to speak to people and be honest. I went to support and chatted with her that's it 20 mins went by and permanently unlocked T-mobile carrier

I have the same issue on a Samsung s10e and I'm still looking for solutions.
Were you able to find one to unlock your phone?

What country and network is it originally from?
based on the imei # it's from the united states and sprint\t-mobile carrier.
I hard reset the device. i was able to get a signal and use the device. but when i restarted the device it went back to showing "invalid sim" and no longer connected to mobile network.
any suggestions?

Assuming that you don't meet T-Mobile's requirements in order for them to unlock it for you, you'll need to get a professional 3rd party company to do it
