then all the os starts but when i get to this i cant even touch to unlock or use the buttons any idea whats going on?

boot into recovery, clear cache wait for it to do its thing, then go into the advanced menu and clear dalvik cache (I always clear this whenever I flash a rom)
you wont need to reflash CWM, just re-flash whatever rom you are using
sorry I cant allow you to do that, that breaks dev to client contact regulations
Lol! , one last question google play is crashing every time i open it , is because the rom?
there was one variant that had a broken play updater so we needed to manually update it by means of re-flashing google apps (aka Gapps) I'll give you the link in an hour or 2 as I am currently busy (unless someone else finds it and links it first)
