Hi all,
Recently had an Android 10 PX6 RK3399 Head Unit installed into my 2013 Ford Fiesta ST. Everything works great on the HU itself, however, the buttons on my steering wheel for volume up/down and skipping tracks do not work. Also, the physical buttons on the Sony System (also volume up and down etc) under the screen do not work either.
I have checked all my Canbus settings and they are the correct ones for my CanBus decoder. I have also checked with the supplier and they said that it is the correct decoder for my vehicle. I am unable to map these buttons because they are not registering in any mapping program. I have checked factory settings and nothing there seems to change anything.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Could it possibly be that the Canbus decoder is not working?
