Help regarding Battery!

Hey Readers,
I am using a Xiaomi Mi A1 on Stock ROM 8.1.0 and I am facing wrong battery % issue. As mentioned in a post on Mi Community, link :- http://in.c.mi.com/us/thread-386073-1-0.html
Help me to fix the issue

So the battery level is given as 90% in one app and 91% in another. Seriously, this is not an issue. It could have to do with different rounding.

I will explain you with an example.
If my phone's battery is 44% right now and it's been 5 minutes I am using it, it is on the same percentage and when I press power button and check lock screen it changes from 44% to 43%. Or If I hadn't pressed power button, then the battery would have changed from 44% to 43% in 6.5-7 minutes. It concludes that the Power button is acting as a trigger. This is what actually happens with me. Also, can't blame the battery because it still gives 5-6 hrs SOT easily.
