[HELP]Restart occurs again and again..

My device get restart many times.. when someone call me on my phone..device restart automatically, even I can't hear ringtone.. it get restart.. I tried many ROMs and Kernels... Faux,Sebastian n other kernels..when I flashed new ROM it runs smooth without any problem,but after 2-3 days same restart problem occurs.. I tried full wipe,superwipe before installing new ROM.. but same problem, plz help

You could try re installing a firmware pakage that worked for me when I had lots of reboots
