A lazy alternative for the supercharger script is to use Juwe's 'RAM manager' free from market. This tool will do the minfree and other tweaks automatic. The default balance setting is good for any phone.

Sorry if there's too much duplicates. Just giving clear steps from zero to hero for our ray.
You have copied my threads, you have given great instructions but copied my thread and my finds. You have not given me any credit in the op or linked to my threads or the original threads that I found.

This is not how XDA works

@Op,

If you are using somebody's work it is in the good taste of Xda to give credits, it is not much to ask for but it helps in keeping the forums a friendly place to be.;)

I tried this manager and have removed it after a while. I haven't felt any advantage from it. I tried Hard Multitasking mode but apps were closed with the same frequency, as before..
Actually I consider, if we have a RAM, it should be as much as possible filled by useful applications, instead of to be empty and free. It will increase speed of apps start. It as perfetch and superfetch on Win7. Because the system itself will remove not-needed applications if for others the place is required.
What sense in a considerable quantity of free memory? Only, what more quickly to start the new application. :)
