now I wanted to equip the S4 Mini GT-I9195I with custom rom

An android that is not that old should be installed so that all apps run (which os version would you recommend?)

and a kali linux nethunter

which way and which os would you recommend me?

i want kali because wifite

thanks , my device is supportet in kingroot
can i root with kingroot apk and then flash twrp or how?

i have now rooted over the kingroot app ,

1. Root Over Kingroot App
2. Check if successfully
3. Download TWRP over Playstore
4. Boot into Bootloader check if is open and see this:

can i now flash the custom rom over twrp?
when i install twrp over the playstore and flash it over app?

From your words, I can not be sure because there is a huge difference between the TWRP app versus TWRP recovery. You need to install TWRP recovery by using Odin (there are other options, but Odin is easiest for use on Windows). Download TWRP recovery using the link in installation step 2 in the first post of this thread:
