I tried to get help with this before months back, but no help was useful. So, I thought I'd try once more..
I have a Shield Portable that's running the diagnostics rom. (Model number shows as Roth Diagnostics)

I have installed the drivers to attempt to flash stock myself, but the device shows up as Fastboot in device manager, and I can't get adb to work with it, since the drivers provided by Nvidia seem to not work with it in bootloader like this. Also, if I try to boot into recovery, it says no command.
