Help - Stuck at battery charging Symbol

You don't need a new battery. Your battery is just fine. You need to buy an external battery charger. I've seen this problem on my phone and a friends. Charge the battery once with a wall charger, and problems gone.

well i had the same problem battery boot loop phone not chargeing and was not able to get in to recovery mode either plus battery my phone was showing i was chagering with being pluged in..for it was the usb charge port i paid like 6 dollars on ebay and its easy to install just google search

I had this same issue happen to me a few weeks ago. I ended up needing to replace the USB port on the phone. There are a few YouTube videos out there showing how to do it. Ordered the part from a 3rd party seller on Amazon and took me about 20 minutes. Works perfectly now.
