Question Help! Stuck in fastboot mode can't do anything

no bootloader and baseband version
bootloader unlocked

My phone(1) had same issue and OEM locked, so I currently have no way to unbrick by myself.
I had contacted customer center to request to repair or replace it. But in my country these services isn't offered.

Try contacting customer service.
Hopefully they may be able to exchange it for a new one.

I was flashing rom, forgot to click on "clean" option and "clean and lock" option was automatically selected. Developer options are locked what to do, i am stuck at fastboot.

You can't neither unlock the bootloader nor do any "flash" commands? If not then the only solution is EDL mode.
