[HELP] Stuck on black screen, can't mount usb

Hey guys,

Ran into a slight problem. I was running CM 6.1 with chads incredikernel .37 and decided to flash a stock Nov OTA update rooted ROM just to see what it was like. I have clockworkmod recovery 3.0.0.9. Well after the flash it bootloops, so I boot into recovery but have a black screen. I would mount the usb and apply the PB31.img fix but I can't mount the usb. I imagine it's because of the kernel. Any help? I know i'm not bricked because I can get to hboot, I think it goes to recovery but I cant see it because the screen is all black so I'm trying to navigate recovery blind. I have backups I'm just having a hellish time trying to get to it. Been searching for about an hour for a fix but cant find any. HELP!!!

EDIT: Well I managed to blindly navigate thru recovery to mount my usb. I then installed the PB31IMG fix on the root of my sdcard and rebooted. Man that sucked but atleast I got the phone working again.

I know the first few times I was using recovery I used the screen on/off button to navigate through different selections. After a certain point the screen turns off when you use that though, so make sure that isn't what happened.

Doubt that's your problem but it's the only help I can give you on it.
