[Help] Stuck on Boot animation

Hey guys, ive scoured the forums to see if i can find anything to fix this, i wanted to reset my phone because it was acting wonky. i did a factory reset via TWRP 3.2.3.1 and i rebooted, after that its stays on the boot animation. I've tried countless roms and even an adb sideload, its get stuck around 31-35%. i dont have much info but i did my best and now i need help. any is appreciated

How exactly did you "factory reset" in TWRP? In the Wipe section, there is the default option (which only wipes user data, cache, and Dalvik - the only wipe you need most of the time, says it right on the screen) or did you go into advanced options and do something else?

What ROM were you on when this happened?

What other ROMs did you try exactly?
