Help systemizing apps

With my new google pixel all of the folders you would usually find to help move and systemize apps aren't there and thus any systemizer module/app has not worked out. Has anyone else had this issue or found a solution? I am specifically trying to systemize Fake GPS Joystick & Routes Go and just cannot seem to do it.
