Just flash the whole stock rom https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/stock-rom-npjs25-93-14-4-march-1-t3608138 and you're on .62R
Particular modem flashing is possible, but I would not recommend it!
I am having usb problem so I wanted twrp flashable firmware to update my modem files ,can u provide me the link for it thanks in advance
You cannot update the baseband through twrp since it's a separate partition.

Call through bluetooth issue
When I connect the deice to bluetooth speaker or car, I'm able to play songs but not able to attend calls and speak. If I do so, it automatically changes to hand-held mode.
